The WISHIN CA:tCH Portal is the place where you can add new participant plans, document actions, and look up plans by participant name or address.

CA:tCH Plans created with health providers are covered under the Health Insurance Privacy and Accountability Act. To learn more about what this means for maintaining CA:tCH Plan privacy. Please watch the introductory video if your agency does not do HIPAA training.
